Today, Corporates across all verticals & across the World are feeling the pangs of the Global Meltdown. In times like these, frank discussions that manifest into a roadmap - on the way forward – could be one of the intelligent ways to confront the issues. The recent G-20 summit held in Washington on November 15, in response to the unprecedented global economic and financial crisis, should be viewed as a useful step in the process of restructuring global governance. The summit itself lasted for only six hours while the new administration in the US was being formed.

We can take a leaf out of this exercise. The earlier G-7 has now made way for G-20. It is no more the archaic Bretton Woods System. No Sir, we now need a broader representation. Largely, ERA Speaks is built on the bedrock of the same concept – a larger canvas, brighter thoughts at the right decibel levels. If we, in the supply – chain, are not going to discuss the delivery gaps and the nagging issues, who else would !
